提交前，先確認這三件事
相似度門檻寫喺邊？
不少城大科目會在 Course Outline／Subject Outline 列明 Similarity 與 GenAI 使用規定。商科報告、工程設計與創意媒體作品的標準可以差很遠，務必以科目大綱及導師指示為準。
個人功課定 Group Project？
城大小組功課多，常需提交原創聲明或分工說明。組員之間共用文字、共用 Reference List 都要小心，切勿把同一段內容交去兩個科目。
自查會不會留下痕跡？
若透過私人 No Repository 服務自查，文稿不會寫入 Turnitin 學生論文資料庫，之後經 Canvas 作業匣正式提交，不會出現「自己比對到自己」。
常見提交流程

登入 CityU 的 Canvas，進入科目的 Turnitin 作業匣（Assignment／Draft Submission）。

上傳定稿
依指示上傳 Word／PDF 定稿，部分作業匣會要求你先確認原創聲明。

查看報告
如導師開放權限，你可查看 Similarity 與 AI 報告；如未開放，通常只能看到分數或完全看不到。

修改重交
在 Deadline 前完成修改並重新提交（留意重交次數限制，以科目設定為準）。
商科、工程與創意媒體的功課型態差異大，同一份文稿在不同科目可以有很不一樣的判斷標準；想「先看清楚再交」，就在正式提交前用 No Repository 模式自查一次。
相似度偏高時，可以這樣做
先看 Match Overview
逐項確認是哪一段被標紅、來源是什麼，判斷是「引用不當」還是「整段複製」。
確認 Exclude
Reference List、Bibliography 與引號內直接引用是否需排除，依導師要求設定。
正確引用
商科報告常用 APA／Harvard，工程科目則常見 IEEE；引用格式錯誤會讓 References 整段標紅。
Paraphrase 改寫
拆長句、換語態、調整論述順序，改完再自查一次確認分數回落。

常見問題
睇唔到相似度報告，點知有無問題？If I can't see the Similarity Report, how do I know there's a problem?
若作業匣未開放報告權限，交前先用以 No Repository 模式自查取得分數與來源，是唯一能提早發現問題的方法；等到 Deadline 前才發現，往往已經冇時間改。
If the submission box does not give students report access, running your own No Repository check beforehand is the only way to see the score and sources in time. Discovering flagged passages the day before the deadline usually leaves no room to fix them.
AI 檢測分數點睇？How should I read the AI Score?
AI 分數與相似度是兩回事。若擔心被標記，提交前先了解自己的 AI 分數，並保留草稿版本、筆記與 Reference List，需要時可向導師說明寫作過程。
The AI score and the similarity score measure two different things. If you are worried about being flagged, check your AI score before submitting and keep your drafts, notes and reference list — they help you walk your teacher through your writing process.
